A quick glance at winehq.com shows that a new version of WINE comes out about every 17 days. There are 82 versions left until 1.0. 82 * 17 equals 1,394 days. 1,394 days according to Google calculator is 3.81664552 years. WINE version 1.0 will most likely come out in 2010.

New virus can infect Windows/Linux at the same time!
Kaspersky Labs has reported a new proof-of-concept virus that can infect both Windows and Linux systems. It’s called Virus.Linux.Bi.a/Virus.Win32.Bi.a and affects ELF binaries and .exe’s from windows.
